Suitable for off-scalp application only

Our update formula is more permissible with the use of other LOreal Professionnel foils. Therefore the new Blond Studio 9 Levels can be used exclusively with LOréal Professionnel foil or Easi-Meche.

For optimal results, use with Blond Studio Oil Developers and always tone Blond Studio services with DIA by L'Oréal Professionnel

Can be used in a foil technique (ratio 1,1:5 of powder to developer), open air (1:1 ratio of powder to developer)
